Industry Panels

At the heart of EDAA are its industry panels, comprising members that devote extensive and dedicated voluntary time earning EDAA eminence and success with key government and other stakeholders, delivering enormous benefits back to the industry.

Retail and Supply Panel

Retailers, manufacturers and suppliers of electrical appliances meet every 4-8 weeks to voice issues and needs that EDAA can raise with the industry, government or media.

Current key issues include safety, compliance, cheap imports, air conditioning information, service issues, sales training and government rebates.

Lighting Panel

Lighting members meet formally and discuss key issues and solutions to benefit the professionalism and safety within the industry.

Current discussions include safety, compliance, installations, training and an industry code of practice.

Commercial and Technical

The Commercial and Technical panel is under development.
